Biography
About Ida
Ida Hosseinian is an Iranian artist based in London. She holds an MA in Art and Science from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London (2024), and a BA in Painting from Azad University of Art and Architecture, Tehran (2018). Her work begins with landscape as lived encounter and moves through colour, surface, and scale into material and spatial form. Her practice considers how encounter can be held in form, and how landscape can persist as a material condition. Hosseinian has exhibited in Iran, the UK, the US, Italy, Greece, and Albania. Her work is held in the permanent collection of the Bradbury Art Museum, Arkansas State University.
